Navigating the Medicare market can be daunting, so helping the 65+ audience was Aetna’s priority. Focusing on our customer service as a differentiator, we proposed a campaign that addressed the consumers pain points. They asked, we answered.
The results:
For 2022, we created an integrated national campaign across most every channel that significantly increased lead generation – and overall outperformed the work the client had done in years prior. The program was so successful, they ran it back in 2023, accounting for adjustments made to Medicare.
We produced over 1,150 pieces of creative yearly for 4 Medicare Products:
• MAPD – Medicare Advantage Plans that include Medicare Part D
• PDP – Prescription Drug Plans
• DSNP – Dual Special Eligible Needs Plans for those who qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid
• Veterans –Medicare plans that complement existing Veteran medical benefits
